MOBILE APP PRIVACY NOTICE (Stephanie Freeth Coaching iPhone App) βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy below and applies to clients using the Stephanie Freeth Coaching iPhone application ("the App"). The App is invite-only and provided to current clients of Stephanie Freeth Coaching.
WHAT THE APP COLLECTS When you use the App, we collect and store on our servers:
• Your email address and a securely hashed (not reversible) copy of your password — used only to authenticate you.
• Your Enneagram profile: type, subtype, center of intelligence, and your team's primary and secondary types — used to personalize coaching responses.
• The text you enter into the Decision, Conflict, and Feedback tools, and the AI-generated coaching response shown back to you — saved to your private journal ONLY when you check the "Save this to my private journal" checkbox, and never otherwise.
• Basic timestamps for journal entries. We do NOT collect your name, address, phone number, payment information, location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, health data, or any device identifiers from the App.
HOW YOUR COACHING PROMPTS ARE PROCESSED
To generate the personalized coaching reflections you see in the Decision, Conflict, and Feedback tools, we send the text you enter and your Enneagram profile to Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic"), the operator of the Claude Sonnet 4.5 large language model, for processing. Anthropic acts as our service provider and does not use this content to train its models. See Anthropic's commercial data policy at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms.
YOUR CONTROLS
• Opt out of saving any session: uncheck "Save this to my private journal" before tapping "Get guidance."
• Delete a saved session: open the Journal in the App and tap the trash icon on the entry.
• Delete your entire account and every journal entry: Profile → Account settings → Delete my account.
• Request a copy of your data, or any other privacy request: email [email protected].
WHAT THE APP IS NOT
The App is not a medical device, a therapeutic tool, or a substitute for professional psychological care. Coaching responses are educational and reflective in nature. If you are in crisis, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or your local emergency services.
